  4. have you tried Nickel? do they make a Ni wool? It’s melting point is 600F
higher than steel. also I am so happy I found your channel, Subscribed! :D

  6. once again, what is the usefulness of this device? what power does it
achieve? power a drill? power your lights in your home? what? i just don’t
get it. maybe it recharges a few niCad batteries…so what. what does this
really prove in the real world??

  7. why not to put a fresnel mirror below the heater?

  8. High RPM, but no torque.

  9. Here in sweden, it get’s realy cold at winter. The cold outside can be used
to cool the “cooling” part of the engine, and the other end can be heated
by a small fire on the inside. You get both warmth and electricity, from
such an engine. Thinking of doing something like that this winter. It will
work without the fireon the inside, but would cool down my house to much. :) Dragging the cold in by the engine…

  11. now all you need is some plutonium as a heat source.

  12. Nope, no water. Just air. Stirling engines does not work with water. Google
it. ;) This is not a steam engine.

  13. i dont understand why china doesnt use this for powers all the need is
    solar panels and heating coils

  14. More power but this is still excellence !! 5/5

  15. that really does not give much information on the power of the engine.
could you hook it up to a fan or an electric generator, that way we can
have some idea of its ACTUAL power? also, just from this video it seems
like it has allot of torque but very little horsepower(is that the right
word?) but this could just be an allusion from the camera.

  16. Yeah I’m sorry I was looking for the Stirling motor you had on that first
video a year or so ago for I kept getting on the wrong video

By Dano Roehm on Mar 17, 2014

  17. Have you ever hooked a stirling engine up to a generator of some sort? This
is really interesting BTW! I wanna get me a fresnel lens to experimnet with.

  19. i think this is really what people are looking for when they ask about power

By klaymen on Mar 17, 2014

  20. on a steek! :)

    By chop98 on Mar 17, 2014

  21. it looks like the torque is too weak to be able to power a generator
mechanically, so using a magnet attached to the piston inside a coil might
be a better way to go!

By showmedamoney on Mar 17, 2014

  22. oh i agree with your last statement 100%….i was just questioning to get
    more details on your idea…
