  3. ~ Well I for sure admire the plan you have! Sounds like you’ve got a great list started! My favorite manual mill is the Wondermill Jr Deluxe. Give me a holler when you’re ready to get one and I will make sure the manufacturer has them in stock before you spend your planned out cash! They’ve been VERY popular and sold out now for quite some time (from manufacturing)….

Hmmmm – Pecan and Pumkin Pies in the Solar Oven! YAY! Freeing up indoor oven space too! GREAT plan!
    Take care!

  4. I really want a solar oven I was just talking to hubby about it yesterday. This months purchase was a pressure canner and a dehydrator next month will be a gun and hand grain mill. Hopefully I will be cooking in a solar oven by Thanksgiving lol..

  7. ~ Haha! No WAY! I’d been in the basement going through old boxes of ? and had not even brushed my hair (just yanked it back into a ’something’ on my head) and realized OOO the SUN is OUT! Ran to pre-heat it (in all my glorious, cob-webby-nastiness) and thought “Hey! I should share this!” giving no thought to the reflectors until I was ready to get started!

It was a choice of wait or hide. I chose – HIDE! (o:
The soup was good! I was well pleased, but even more please with the bread.

  10. Awe come on. Let us see you! I have been out working in the yard in 100 plus heat. I can guarantee that I look worse than you. Wish I could smell your soup. It looks wonderful.
