I don’t have those special seasoning so I can’t say “BAM”. But seriously, I
use no salt or little salt as “they” say it’s healthier. This time I added
a little salt and the food tasted so good, especially the bread.

In clear sunny sky, you can pasteurize the water fairly quickly. To boil
such a big volume of water, your oven probably need to be fairly big and
can reach a temperature of over 300 degree F to boil water in a reasonable
time. It’s not going to do it half an hour.
When your teeth are not as strong as when you were young, less chewy food
is most welcome. My wife likes the juicier pork roast just fine. The rice
cooks beautifully. Nothing sticks to the pot so clean up is easy. The bread
is not as good as oven baked but not bad. It’s great for what it does.
There are days for BBQ, indoor cooking, and quite a few days for solar oven
