It seems to me, you need a solar panel that will rotate with the sun, this
could be hooked up to a common timer, or a date and sun dial type thing, so
even the tilt will change with the sun positioning each day and each exact
time of day to get the ultimate power and use of the solar panels, not just
placed in one stationary position according to your longitude and latitude
positioning on the planet.
all that for one light, that is unbelievable and ridiculous, if you can do
this for one light or two it definitely can be done on a whole home usage
