  3. As a stereo installer I can appreciate these builds. Im getting ready to
try my hand at one. Im thinking of using deep cycle optimas. Would that be
ok for this type of setup?

  9. Dude. I would literally buy this. Make and sell me one? Seriously. I bet
you could crank these out and make it ” just add batteries”. Only thing I
think it’s missing, is speakers and a stereo with aux. But for real though
shoot me a price. It’s got to be cheaper than manufactured units.

  16. Awesome build. I was going to bust on your starter batteries but at the end
of the video you said you were replacing them:-). Nice clean build with
many of the features I want to build in a similar rig.

  18. Do you have any instructions on how to build this? I’ve been looking around
everywhere til I’m blue in the face looking for a design like this and most
importantly how to WIRE it all up. You seem to have hit all of the major
safety points. I have the same tool box, 2 100ah AGM batteries, a 15a solar
charge controller….What wire sizes do you use and their lengths? I’m
going to wire the batteries in parallel to double the capacity, but
maintain the voltage. I probably won’t be using the power poles, but
    everything else is definitely needed.

  19. Awesome Job! How much did this cost you to make total? Did you have any
instructions that you’ve published? I bought a Goal Zero Yeti 1250 that
will produce 1200 W Continuous and 1500 Peak. However, I would really like
to bring the cost down as I wanted to have several available for backup. I
paid $1500 for the Yeti 1250 and that included two solar panels.

  22. Great job. It is noiceless ,right.. I lived totally off grid for over 12
yrs and I loved it. Got pretty hot in Az though . I used a generator when I
needed to run certain electronics. And it was so loud… love this idea you
    came up with..

  23. Hey man great build and great video! I am in the process of building mine.
The Plug you are using to hook up the solar panels. Do you have a part
number or where I can get it? I have looked everywhere and cant find it.
    Thanks for your time.
