  3. A lot of cheep meters do not show true RMS voltage. That is likely why you are getting low readings.

  4. At 1:00 this Killowatt meter shows 98.4 volts. On utility grid power the meter measures 108 volts 405 watts with this heater on the same setting. The meter may be inaccurate.
    No under voltage alarms, full sun condition.

  5. This may be false info, The meter on the outlet could be screwy and remember there is a voltage drop across a load thus it may not be 98 volts there it could be 115

  6. Cant you just screw the metal rods to the posts?? Usually posts are lead and steel is real easy to drill through. I need to make one of these for my underground bunker!! Dont want it to freeze all my food. I 9000 ft above sea level and it tends to get cold for a long time. Like months under 30 degrees. But its 2 feet under ground with a 9 inch slab. Prolly wont be too hard to heat im hoping. Thanks for the vid!!

  7. The DC volts are being measured at 13 off the battery bank while running the power bright inverter running at 98 volts AC. Everything is working fine, no under voltage alarm going off.

  8. The inverter is outputting 98 volts? Something is not right it should be 115 Volt. Your Solar voltage is about 13v which is right, but that means the inverter is “SCREWY”. Try a newer one.

    The DC volt 13 is that coming off the Solar Array or is that what’s going into the Inverter?
    if the DC coming from the Battery bank is low, then some of your batteries may be shot.
