  3. hi, do you have to pay any government taxes to have a tiny house? I don’t
know what kind but do governments/state just allow you to have a tiny house
    without having to pay anything?

  7. I loved that his bed wasn’t made!!!! I don’t know about those loft spaces.
Doesn’t seem viable as you get older or have bad knees etc.Would have liked
to see more of the living space. Hot water system is the best, had
something like that when I lived in Europe. Beautiful home, enjoy!!!

Murphy bed & dining rm table to open up space for you would be the ideal
    setup for your conditions…I think…

You could get wooden fold chairs & keep them in a closet or use living rm
furniture to double as dining rm chairs.

Fasten art work to the murphy bed wall so that you can pull out the bed
without removing your art work… Just a thought…

  23. I love your home. The sunporch as a heating source is awesome! Just
wondering if it gets too hot in the summer, but switching to screens should
do it. Doug, you look like a fun guy to hang with. Sorry I couldn’t meet you
at the workshop. I was in KC on a travel nurse assignment. Plan to hit
some of the different tiny house workshops this summer.
