** A survey of 13 cities with the highest growth in California solar believed that at least three quarters of the residential solar market has chosen service solar systems owned by third parties beyond the control and private management. Most of the state photovoltaic small turnkey operations are provided by private companies of renewable energy. General Motors has released two new applications to help drivers determine the range of electric vehicles and the cost of public charging.
